You must never let your feelings get a hold of you when buyers are protective, for the criticism may be a question instead. Once you complete training, you will understand a lot better when a buyer is criticizing you or asking a question.
You will definitely increase your sales by a great deal and have customers know where you are coming from if you take auto free sales training. Other industries will not stand a chance when competing with you if you get the right training.
